OMF Financial Consultant (Mkhuhlu)

Old Mutual is seeking a Financial Consultant to provide product advice and build relationships with allocated customers. This role involves customer service, sales opportunity identification, and ensuring operational compliance. The position requires strong communication and sales skills, with a Grade 12 education.

• Provide advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries
• Interview the customer to clarify customer requirements and identify sales opportunities
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships
• Ensure operational compliance with mandatory procedures
• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12, School leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent required
