Senior Manager, Transaction Services, Consumer & Industrial Products

Join our growing Mergers and Acquisitions practice as a Senior Manager, working with corporate and private equity clients on due diligence, carve-outs, and integration transactions. You will lead teams, assess functional and technology strategies, and drive value creation projects, while also contributing to practice development and team growth.

• Lead M&A transaction advisory engagements for consumer & industrial products clients
• Support private equity clients in buy-side, sell-side diligence, and integration projects
• Assess functional and technology investment strategies and operating models
• Lead post-close value creation projects and program management offices (PMOs)
• Develop and enhance M&A methodologies and client delivery approaches
• Coach and manage consultants, and participate in business development
