Advisory and Consulting Manager, FedRAMP

Diligent Corporation is seeking an Advisory and Consulting Manager to lead customer adoption projects for their GRC solutions. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients, managing implementation projects, and collaborating with product and sales teams to drive customer success and identify expansion opportunities.

• Act as a trusted advisor leveraging GRC skills to help clients achieve risk and compliance goals
• Manage projects, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery within budget
• Capture business requirements, design solutions, and enable customer platform adoption
• Partner with Product Managers to convey customer needs and recommend system improvements
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants on pre-sales activities and RFP responses
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on project management and domain expertise
