You will leverage DBS's extensive network to connect businesses and drive value through strategic mergers, acquisitions, and investments.

• Prepare client presentations and pitches
• Conduct corporate finance analysis, financial modeling, and valuation
• Perform industry and company research
• Lead workstreams in M&A transaction execution
• Support deal origination and execution in Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors
• 3-5 years of experience in M&A or investment banking
