Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners with various departments to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements. You will also lead and develop FP&A analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.

Prepare management reporting packages and executive presentations
Analyze financial results and identify key business drivers
