Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead financial planning, forecasting, cost accounting, and analysis for Curtiss-Wright's ESCO business unit. This leadership role partners with senior management to drive strategic financial decisions, manage business risk, and ensure forecast accountability. The position is a succession candidate for the Controller role and requires strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience, with a focus on strategic financial advisory rather than transactional tasks.

• Serve as senior financial advisor to General Manager and executive leadership
• Own monthly forecasting and annual operating plan processes
• Oversee cost accounting for manufacturing operations
• Prepare and present executive financial reports and dashboards
• Build, lead, and develop a finance team
