Sr Financial Analyst

Wellstar is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide essential financial data and analysis for operational and investment decisions. This role involves routine tasks like month-end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as ad hoc analysis and interaction with employees across all organizational levels. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, and a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Provide management with financial data, information, and analysis
• Perform month-end and year-end closing duties
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Conduct account reconciliations and research accounting issues
• Interact and consult with departments across the organization
• Requires Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
