Experienced Vice President – Investment Banking, Technology & Services (London)

Guggenheim Securities is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Technology & Services Investment Banking team in London. This role involves advising European clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, and other strategic financial matters. You will lead transaction execution, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members.

• Lead day-to-day project management and transaction execution
• Drive client relationship development
• Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses
• Lead client meetings and drafting sessions
• Act as lead trainer for Associates and Analysts
