Manager/Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Innodata is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their corporate finance team. This hands-on role involves owning forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, partnering with operations and accounting, and supporting executive leadership with strategic decision-making. The position offers significant exposure to M&A and capital allocation within a fast-growing, publicly traded AI data engineering company.

• Own and improve driver-based financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Apply deep understanding of services/delivery-based business economics
• Own FP&A processes end-to-end, driving standardization and automation
• Communicate complex financial analysis to senior leadership and executives
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Support corporate development activities including M&A and valuation frameworks
