Junior Associate, Investment Banking (Healthcare)

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Junior Associate for its Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York. This role involves executing M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions for clients across the healthcare sector, including health-tech, medical technology, and life sciences.

• Support M&A, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory within healthcare
• Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and information memoranda
• Conduct in-depth industry, company, and financial analysis
• Manage execution workstreams and due diligence coordination
• Mentor Analysts and review their work product
