Senior Analyst

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the origination, structuring, and distribution of commercial real estate credit products. This role involves working with senior leadership on loan syndication, subordinate debt distribution, and private placements, requiring close coordination with internal teams and external investors.

• Support syndication of senior commercial real estate loans
• Assist in structuring and placing mezzanine debt and B-notes
• Support placement of horizontal risk retention pieces
• Assist with structuring and distributing CRE private placement transactions
• Coordinate transitional lending partnership activities
• Build and maintain financial models and distribution analytics
