Financial Advisor

Stbancorp is seeking a Financial Advisor to lead new business development in brokerage, employee benefits, and insurance services. You will provide guidance to less experienced personnel and cultivate relationships with clients and external referral sources. This role requires maintaining industry licenses and continuing education.

• Develop new business in brokerage, employee benefit, and insurance services
• Provide functional guidance and training to bank personnel
• Initiate contacts for developing and closing brokerage services accounts
• Coach retail employees on product features and benefits
• Plan and coordinate outside business development opportunities
• Maintain Series 7, Series 66, and PA Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses
