Manager, Investment Financial Planning & Analysis and Data Analytics

Join HOOPP's FP&A team as a Manager, Investment Financial Planning & Analysis and Data Analytics. In this role, you will drive key investment-related financial planning activities and serve as the team's expert in Power BI, analytics, and automation. You will leverage your technical finance skills and data analysis capabilities to enhance reporting, improve processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Lead quarterly investment projection processes and peer benchmarking
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports and analytical tools
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and other technologies
• Analyze complex financial and investment datasets to identify trends
• Collaborate with investment teams and data/technology partners
• Requires strong Power BI, Excel, and financial analysis skills
