Cost & Commercial Analyst

This role is responsible for managing commercial excellence and cost optimization across a real estate portfolio. You will ensure maximum value for money is achieved while maintaining operational service standards, operating at peak commercial efficiency. The position requires effective management of commercial relationships, procurement processes, and cost analysis to deliver services within agreed budgets and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

• Provide specialist commercial advice and cost optimisation strategies
• Ensure procurement regulations, commercial compliance, and best practice
• Foster and develop commercial relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Conduct regular commercial reviews and ensure cost performance indicators are completed
• Lead in commercial analysis for the portfolio at individual building level
• Contribute to the development of commercial frameworks and cost management platforms
