Financial Reporting Analyst

U.S. Bank is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their Fund Administration team. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statement filings and other financial information to ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment accounting and GAAP reporting.

• Prepare and review financial statements and accompanying support packages
• Ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess impact
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis
