ERM is seeking a Senior Biologist and Managing Consultant to lead renewable energy permitting projects in the Pacific Northwest. This role involves managing complex projects for utility-scale solar, battery storage, wind, and transmission infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental considerations are met. You will serve as a trusted advisor, managing multidisciplinary teams and driving sustainable energy development.

• Lead renewable energy permitting projects in Oregon and Washington
• Manage utility-scale solar, BESS, wind, and transmission infrastructure projects
• Oversee permitting strategies and regulatory approvals
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and project execution
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and proposal preparation
