About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the Capital Management team in Charlotte, NC. This role will support capital planning, analytics, stress testing, and legal entity activities by developing analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making. You will partner across Treasury, Finance, and Risk to achieve these goals.

Support capital management and legal entity activities
Prepare analyses, presentations, and supporting materials
Partner with Treasury, Finance, and Risk teams
Analyze drivers of capital, RWA, and leverage exposure
Assess new and evolving regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting
