• Own reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for business units
• Build financial models and dashboards for KPI analysis
• Analyze financial results and communicate key drivers
• Provide financial insights and support business case development
• Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, mortgage industry preferred
