Associate, Credit, US Direct Lending

Join Ares as an Associate in US Direct Lending to support investment sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management. This role involves detailed financial analysis, modeling, preparing investment memos, and monitoring portfolio performance. You will work closely with senior management and investment teams in a dynamic environment.

• Perform financial and market analysis for new debt and equity investments
• Screen new investment opportunities
• Prepare complex financial models and investment committee memos
• Analyze investment performance and prepare portfolio reports
• Assist in investment closings and meet with management teams
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant investment banking or principal investing experience
