Financial Analyst III

The Financial Analyst III supports the Comptroller in managing agency financial activities, ensuring compliance with state laws and internal policies. This role involves advanced financial and budgetary analysis, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing carryover funds, preparing financial reports, and assisting with year-end closing and audits.

• Administer financial operations including budget development and financial reporting
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Travel staff
• Manage and monitor carryover funds
• Analyze financial data, expenditures, revenues, and budget trends
• Prepare, review, and reconcile financial reports
• Conduct advanced financial and budgetary analysis
