• Administer Lucernex lease accounting platform and manage global lease data
• Perform lease accounting calculations in accordance with ASC 842
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support on complex matters
• Support SEC filing preparation, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and footnote disclosures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
