This role focuses on portfolio management and strategy for various funds, including Net Lease, Real Estate Credit, and Digital Infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading analytical workstreams, executing strategic transactions, financial modeling, and investor relations support.

• Lead analytical workstreams for real assets funds
• Execute strategic corporate M&A and capital markets transactions
• Create complex financial analyses for business planning and new products
• Support ad hoc projects for Real Assets C-Suite
• Build and maintain forward-looking fund-level models
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses for Board presentations
