About this role
As an MBA Intern on the Business Value Services team, you will partner with sales and solution engineers to quantify the business impact of Salesforce's AI-powered CRM solutions for customers. You will build financial models and conduct discovery sessions to demonstrate how our technology drives measurable business outcomes across various industries, playing a key role in strategic customer engagements.
What we are looking for
6- Build quantified financial value perspectives for Salesforce AI solutions
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer business processes
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to build quantified value models
- Size AI use cases and model their impact on capacity, cost, and revenue
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with expected graduation of Spring 2028
- Experience with structured analysis, financial modeling, or solution-based selling
