As an HR Reinvention Manager, you will lead clients in transforming their HR functions for the digital age, integrating AI, automation, and new technologies. You will shape, sell, and execute projects to optimize HR operations, enhance employee experience, and drive business performance. This role offers high visibility and requires strategic thinking, client relationship management, and expertise in modern HR practices.

• Lead HR reinvention projects integrating digital solutions, AI, and automation
• Shape, sell, and execute HR transformation strategies for clients
• Optimize HR functions, operating models, and service delivery frameworks
• Enhance employee experience and talent management through technology
• Build strong client relationships and advise senior stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years in HR transformation/digital HR consulting, 2 years in leadership
