• Manage post-award project lifecycles including invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation
• Oversee complex grant mechanisms and ensure sponsor compliance
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior analysts
• Develop training content for grant management processes
• Lead SOP drafting and review
• Assist with annual Uniformed Guidance Audit
