Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (Merger & Carveout Services)

West Monroe is seeking a Manager for its Merger & Carveout Services team to lead client engagements in complex transactions. You will guide teams through the entire deal lifecycle, from evaluation to integration, working at the intersection of business and technology. This role offers exposure to high-impact deals and opportunities to shape critical decisions and drive value creation for private equity and corporate clients.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side merger, integration, and carveout engagements
• Manage all aspects of client engagements including scope, budget, and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional diligence, planning, and execution across various business areas
• Develop financial models, synergy analyses, and readiness plans
• Translate complex findings into actionable, executive-ready recommendations
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for practice growth
