• Lead workplace strategy programs from development through implementation
• Develop and execute change management strategies for workplace transformation
• Oversee design phases and ensure compliance with client standards
• Manage occupancy planning, space needs assessment, and space planning studies
• Analyze occupancy data and prepare performance dashboards
• Coordinate moves and migrations, and support workplace experience initiatives
