You will be a key member of client and deal teams, executing complex transactions and contributing to the firm's growth in North America.

What we are looking for

Execute live FIG M&A deals with cross-border emphasis
Develop financial models, valuations, and market analyses
Draft client pitches and marketing materials
Conduct extensive economic, industry, and company research
Manage analysts and oversee work streams
Prior FIG M&A experience at an advisory firm or investment bank required
