Principal Financial Analyst

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join their Global Operations and Supply Chain Finance team in Minneapolis, MN. This role will provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic capital investment projects, including network design, automation, and digitalization. You will partner with various teams to ensure business cases are complete and aligned with enterprise value creation.

• Serve as a business partner to project teams, strategy owners, and Finance Business Partners
• Lead business case evaluation, including financial modeling, savings calculations, and scenario analysis
• Pressure-test assumptions, risks, and financial inputs
• Utilize Planisware (PLW) for project intake, tracking, and reporting
• Contribute to the development and application of standardized evaluation methodologies
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to leadership
