You will work on diverse assignments, including enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, and financial reporting, while developing strong client relationships and analytical skills.

• Provide quality services focused on financial analysis
• Develop quality solutions to meet client requirements
• Perform enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, and goodwill impairment testing
• Build financial models and perform discounted cash flow, market multiple, and transaction analyses
• Write business valuation and litigation support reports
• Develop business proposals and presentations
