Asset Management Analyst

Join Bedrock as an Asset Management Analyst to help maximize the value and performance of our diverse real estate portfolio, including hospitality assets. You will provide critical financial analysis, operational reporting, and market research to support strategic decision-making across our downtown Detroit and Cleveland properties. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams and external operators in a dynamic city-building environment.

• Analyze financial and operating performance of commercial real estate assets
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Analyze hospitality operating metrics and operator performance
• Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of real estate finance experience
