About this role
Valar Atomics is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to build and lead the financial planning and analysis function. This role will own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making in a fast-growing clean energy company.
What we are looking for
6- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Build and maintain consolidated operating model
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and board-level reporting packages
- Develop and track KPIs and dashboards
- Build financial planning systems, processes, and tools
