ERM is seeking a Senior Biologist and Project Manager to lead renewable energy development projects in the Pacific Northwest. This role involves managing complex permitting processes for utility-scale solar, battery storage, wind, and transmission projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and client success.

• Lead renewable energy permitting projects in Oregon and Washington
• Manage environmental review for solar, BESS, wind, and transmission infrastructure
• Oversee project execution from proposal to regulatory approval
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Develop and implement permitting strategies
• Build client relationships and support business development
