Financial Analyst - Sygma - US

Sysco is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical financial information for consolidated and entity-level financial statements. This role involves journal entries, monthly closing, account reconciliations, and accounting analysis in accordance with GAAP and company policies. You will act as a guardian for distribution sites and concepts, performing gross margin analysis, forecasting, and financial statement reviews.

• Perform weekly/monthly gross margin analysis for assigned Concepts
• Perform weekly forecast of assigned site
• Perform financial statement review, analysis, and variance explanations
• Prepare weekly/monthly journal entries
• Perform timely completion and analysis of assigned monthly account reconciliations
• Produce and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
