Analyst, Investment Banking - Private Capital Advisory (Primaries)

Moelis & Company is seeking an Analyst for their Private Capital Advisory team in New York. This role involves advising global alternative investment managers on launching and executing new fund vehicles. You will gain exposure to all aspects of primary fundraises, from due diligence to final close, working closely with senior professionals, fund managers, and institutional investors.

• Evaluate potential fundraising mandates and conduct GP due diligence
• Prepare fund marketing materials including PPMs and financial models
• Coordinate investor roadshows and provide client support
• Manage online dataroom and fund documentation flow
• Track investor feedback and maintain LP order book
• Conduct primary market research on fundraising trends
