Senior Internal Consultant

MUSC Health is seeking a Senior Internal Consultant to partner with leaders across the enterprise in planning and executing strategic and operational initiatives. This role involves providing decision support, monitoring performance, and developing practical solutions to advance the health system's strategic intent. The consultant will also support governance structures and performance transformation programs.

• Provide advisory, program management, and process improvement support
• Develop operational plans for service line structures
• Support ICCE Accountability Operational Plan development and performance alignment
