Chief of Staff; Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

This role serves as a senior execution leader and business operator within the Fraud & Claims Management organization. You will partner with leadership to manage the organization, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee end-to-end business unit reviews. The position focuses on streamlining processes, improving execution discipline, and providing strategic advice to leadership.

• Serve as senior execution partner to Head of FCM-Change & Business Enablement
• Own end-to-end Business Unit Reviews (BURs) for FCM
• Streamline demand intake, impact assessment, and prioritization processes
• Establish and manage routines for work visibility
• Lead core business management functions (capacity, headcount, financial, investment planning)
• Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for complex challenges
