Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for financial reporting and data analysis, serving as an internal consultant to finance, procurement, and other stakeholders. You will generate essential data and reports to support decision-making for clients and account leadership.

• Analyze data from CMMS, Accounting, Lease Administration, SPO, and Corporate systems
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages
• Research and analyze using data management tools and spreadsheets
• Manage Account Performance Metrics including KPIs, CPIs, and SLAs
• Partner with account leadership on initiatives like Savings Glidepath, spend benchmarking, forecasts, and modeling
• Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software preferred
