Financial Planning Manager 3

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Financial Planning Manager 3 to lead financial planning activities for multiple operating units and programs. This role involves managing a team, overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. You will also be responsible for program financials, working capital analysis, and ensuring SOX compliance.

• Manage financial analysts and coordinate reporting and planning processes
• Lead development of Long Range Strategic Plans and Annual Operating Plans
• Manage program financials, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Oversee working capital analysis and cash collection processes
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audits
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
