Senior Analyst (Natural Resources - Energy, Power and Chemicals), Investment Banking, Hong Kong

As an Investment Banking Senior Analyst in Hong Kong, you will support clients in raising capital and provide strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and develop complex financial models to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

• Assist in client transaction projects and assignments
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data
• Prepare recommendations, valuation materials, and exhibits
• Conduct economic and financial research
• Build complex financial models for valuation
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in evaluating corporate transactions
