Associate Director, Management Consulting

Teneo is seeking an Associate Director for its Management Consulting division. In this client-facing role, you will partner with senior leadership to define and execute complex business strategies, leveraging rigorous analysis and Teneo's unique expertise. You will independently drive engagements, challenge assumptions, and translate strategy into actionable plans across growth, technology, and operational improvements.

• Drive business and growth strategy development for clients
• Independently structure and lead fast-paced client engagements
• Interact directly with senior clients as a trusted advisor
• Connect business capabilities, product, and technology to enterprise strategy
• Develop strategic roadmaps for implementation
• Lead operating model, organization design, and merger integration work
