Plant Operations Controller

Partner with the Factory Finance Manager to drive financial performance and operational excellence across the manufacturing network. This role provides critical financial analysis, reporting, and governance to support strategic decision-making and ensure accurate factory financial performance. You will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, procurement, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights that improve productivity and strengthen financial controls.

• Partner with Factory Finance Manager and site leadership on financial reporting and operational insights
• Support monthly factory P&L reporting, including costs, inventory, labor, overhead, and variances
• Prepare financial analyses to identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies
