Investment & Corporate Banking - Industrials & Diversified Industries, Analyst

As an Investment & Corporate Banking Analyst, you will be instrumental in the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financial transactions, including M&A and capital markets. You will conduct in-depth research, develop financial models, and prepare client materials to support strategic decision-making for our clients in the Industrials sector.

• Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Draft pitch books and client marketing materials
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis
• Assist in transaction structuring, due diligence, and execution
• Develop innovative ideas and product solutions
• Synthesize information and manage multiple projects
