Senior Specialist, Strategic Programs and Enablement

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategic programs and enablement systems to enhance organizational scalability and franchise execution. You will translate business strategy into repeatable frameworks and operational guidance, influencing stakeholders to shape how the organization scales.
