Lead Financial Analyst

This Lead Financial Analyst role focuses on expense planning, analysis, and internal reporting for a growing business. You will partner with business leaders to forecast expenses, support financial close processes, and present financial performance to executives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with financial modeling.

• Prepare monthly & quarterly management reports and analysis
• Explain variances versus forecast/budget
• Support long-term planning and short-term forecasting processes
• Liaise with accounting and business partners for accurate accruals
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• 4+ years experience in finance/accounting
