Corporate Banking Operations Analyst

Join MUFG's Corporate Banking team as an Operations Analyst, where you will coordinate complex loan transactions and manage credit administrative activities. You will play a key role in ensuring operational feasibility, mitigating risk, and collaborating with various internal and external partners to support our Japanese Corporate Banking department.

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of active loan transactions
• Support the execution and closing of complex loan transactions
• Review legal loan documentation against approvals and book facilities
• Liaise with internal and external clients for pre-closing requirements
• Perform cyclical review and monitoring of financial covenants
• Generate internal reports and assist with ad-hoc inquiries
