What we are looking for
6- Prepare and substantiate monthly FAA invoices
- Track billing lags, journal entries, and resolve invoice issues
- Support task order development, pricing, and funding management
- Reconcile ODC & Travel, track subcontractor costs
- Present financial status updates to FAA customers
- Manage Work Authorization Documents and financial reporting
