Financial Analyst - Consumer and Business Banking

U.S. Bank is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Digital Product group within Consumer & Business Banking. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reporting, with a focus on digital initiatives and capital projects. You will partner with leaders and various business stakeholders to provide financial analysis and recommendations.

• Support business-line P&L activities with a primary focus on expense management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Provide financial analysis for expense allocation, business cases, capital expenditures, and ad hoc requests
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management presentations
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial results and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and present financial results to senior leadership
• Utilize financial systems and large datasets to improve reporting and forecasting accuracy
