Sales Consultant

Cengage is seeking a Sales Consultant to build relationships with decision-makers, promote educational products, and provide post-sales support. You will develop sales strategies, manage customer accounts, and utilize CRM tools to achieve sales targets within your assigned territories.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
• Prospect, qualify, and close sales for Cengage Unlimited and Platforms
• Manage customer relationships and provide post-sales support
• Maintain CRM records and report to management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Minimum two years of sales or customer interaction experience
