Head of Strategic Finance

Otter is seeking a Head of Strategic Finance to partner with business leaders and the CFO, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management. This role involves translating complex data into actionable insights, leading budgeting and long-range planning, and building financial models to guide capital allocation and strategic direction. You will collaborate closely with operations, product, and go-to-market teams to optimize pricing, resource allocation, and costs.
